To ensure accurate and timely dispute processing, the following are required:

• Active 3-bureau credit monitoring (FICO 8)
Through our required vendor.
If monitoring lapses, dispute activity pauses until restored.

• Required onboarding documents (within 7 days):

Government-issued ID (not expired)

Social Security card / W2 (most recent year)

Current proof of address (must be the most recent statement/bill)

Failure to provide monitoring or documents may delay or pause services.
Billing & Enrollment

The full package amount is charged upfront at enrollment.

You have a 3-day cancellation window for a full refund when requested in writing.

After the cancellation period, services begin and payments follow the terms in the full Service Agreement.

Payment Plans & BNPL

Administrative fees apply to payment plans or BNPL (Klarna, AfterPay, Zip).

Any remaining plan balance must be paid on the schedule agreed upon during onboarding.

Agreement Termination

Your agreement may be terminated for:

Repeated monitoring lapses

Non-payment

Failure to upload documents

DIY disputes

Working with another credit repair company

Failure to notify us of legal, collection, or court-related actions
